Eligibility for Returns:

You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Products must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vapourisers, e-liquids, coils, or accessories unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds:
